1 cup Yellow split peas (measurements are dry) .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Garlic powder 50 grams Cilantro, raw 2 tbsp Parsley, dried 174 gram Oatmeal Flour 1 1/4 c.
Boil peas and drain. add ing. except flour to food processor and blend till smooth. mix with flour in large bowl until dough forms. (should not stick to hands). separate into 7-9 balls and form into round discs. pat disc with flour and roll out to circular flatbreads. heat griddle or flat pan and cook each for 1 minute on each side. Cover and keep warm to serve.
