2 slice, small Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough)3/4 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded2 Tbsp Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning 1 Light String Cheese sticks2 packages (10 oz) Spinach, frozen3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1 tsp Salt1tsp Pepper, black1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
Dice up bread put on bottom of sprayed pie plate. Lay cottage cheese, parm, nutrition yeast and thinely sliced rounds of string cheese on top. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash, mix eggs with s&p and spinach. Lay on top of Cheese. Bake at 350-375* for 40-45 mins. Let cool 10 mins to set up. Slice and serve.
