Ingredients
0.25 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese2.0 tsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Oregano, ground0.33 tbsp Basil0.25 tsp Salt2.0 cup Asparagus, fresh4.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw1.0 tbsp Parsley1.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)0.12 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)28.0 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP3.0 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tbsp (15mL) Organic, Raw-Unfiltered w/Mother, Unpasteurized, Gluten-free
Directions
Cut asparagus into pieces of as desired and steam it for 4 minutes. Plunge it immediately into ice cold water. Drain and add to a medium bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well, adjust seasoning to your personal taste. Chill at least 2 hours and enjoy! Serving Size: Makes 6 "1/3 cup" servings
