Bacon Cheeseburger Rice Bake

Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 4 cup (uncooked)Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (drained)Bacon, 4 medium slices, cooked (I prefer Oscar Meyer already cooked BaconPeas, frozen, 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Butter, salted, 3 tbsp (optionalCheddar Cheese, 5 oz
Directions
Cook Hamburger, drain, add bacon slices to pan, cook until heated thru, add corn and peas.
Make 8 servings of rice, 4 cups Minute rice uncooked. Mix it all up in a bowl, Put in a casserole dish, Top with butter pats(optional) and cheese, bake at 350 until cheese melted. Salt and Pepper to taste.

This is how i get my son to eat his veggies. I serve with veggitarian baked beans, makes 12-15 servings!
