Barb's Instant Pot Cuban Pork with Rice & Beans

Ingredients
1 tsp Cumin seed 2 tbsp Safflower Oil, oleic 20 oz Pork Tenderloin 5 clove Garlic 1 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched 1 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 2 cup Black Beans - Kroger 0.5 cup Orange Juice 1.25 cup Vegetable Broth 28 gram(s) Taco Seasoning - Simply Organic - 1 pkg
Directions
Select SAUTE – NORMAL. Heat oil. Add Pork. Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until pork release easily from bottom of insert. Stir. Select CANCEL

Stir in broth, orange juice, taco seasoning, garlic, & cumin. Stir in beans and rice.

Secure Lid; Set pressure valve to SEALING. Select PRESSURE COOK. Set timer to 12 MINUTES. When done, select CANCEL. Quick release pressure.

Stir in Lime Juice and cilantro.
