Homemade tomato sauce

Ingredients
4.0 tbsp Oregano, ground2.0 tbsp Basil2.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp Fennel seed6.6 oz Tomatoe (Roma) raw, diced - One (1) 0.25 cup Tomato Paste0.75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh5.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil17.0 oz Whole Wheat Penne (dry)1.0 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine
Directions
Cook pasta, set aside Heat olive oil over low and sweat onions, garlic, tomatos and spices till fragrant Add remaining vegetables, tomato paste and red wine, cook over medium until desired consistency Let cool a bit and mix in cooked pasta
