Grain-free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Sugar - coconut palm (Pure Palm) (by PAWISE) 16 Tbsp Jig Natural Creamy Peanut Butter (Nan1096) (by NAN1096) 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tsp Baking Soda 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.75 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Roll into 1-2” balls and place on a cookie sheet. Flatten balls with palm of your hand. Use a fork to make crisscross patterns on the cookies. Place in 350F preheated oven for 9-10 min. Cookies will be soft, quickly remove from cookie sheet to cool on a cooling rack.
