Pistachio Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup Pistachio Nuts .33 cup Olive Oil 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 4 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino 4 oz Water, Distilled (by 5LBSAMTH) 3 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Directions
Make a Nut butter using the Pistachios. Place your nut butter in a bowl. Do not clean the blender but instead use the liquid ingredients, except for the water, to use up the butter that is sticking to the sides. Once blended pour over the nut butter and stir. Use the amount of water to make it to your preferred thickness. I like it a little less thick than hummus.
