Ingredients
Whole Wheat Pita Bread -4 largeGarlic Powder-1 tspParmesan Cheese-fresh grated 1/2 cup
Directions
Take each pita bread and slice them fully open, creating 2 flat pieces. With a pizza wheel, make slices-approx. 6-8 each flat pita piece. Arrange on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake @ 350 for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately, or store. (I usually don't keep stored longer than 1 week. Serve in place of crackers with vegies, hummas or your favorite dip.
