Honey Mustard Chicken Cobb Salad

Ingredients
6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) .5 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes 0.33 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) .5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 4 tsp Bacon (Harmel) real bacon bites for salads 2 serving Egg Hard Boiled (1 serving = 1 large egg boiled) .5 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 6 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg’s Organic .125 cup Frigo feta cheese 2 tbsp Honey
Directions
Arrange chicken, onion, cucumber, tomato over lettuce on 2 plates. Top each salad with ¼ avocado, 1 egg, 2 tsp bacon bits, 1 Tb feta cheese. Whisk dressing ingredients together, divide between prepared salads.
