Vegan Southwest Burgers

1 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa 1 cup Rosarita Refried Beans, Fat Free 1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 3 tbsp Arrowroot powder - Frontier (New Leaf) 4/16 (by ALILDUCKLING) 4 tsp Big Tree Farms Organic Coconut Aminos 1 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA)
Bring 1 C water to a boil and cook 1/2 cup quinoa according to package instructions (You can use almost any grain as long as you end up with one cup cooked)
Add the grain to a mixing bowl with all other ingredients and mix well
Divide the mixture into four equal patties and dust with cornmeal (not too much)
Cook on the stove top for 5 minutes per side OR in the oven oat 350 15-20 minutes per side.
Serving Size: 1 patty
