My husband, son, and grandson are huge fans of this dish! I couldn't believe how much they gushed over it. I made a couple of changes using light sourcream, left out the butter (by accident but it was fine without it) and I mixed the cheese in instead of on top (also by accident but fine) Keeper! - 12/14/11

My husband loves it. I think it is good, but I would like to make some changes to the recipe and see if I can bring the fat down without him noticing. I'm pretty sure it can be done. Oh, and I used moose instead of venison, both are great healthy meat choices. - 10/8/09
