2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.50 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 4 serving Egg white, large 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds .5 cup Cream Cheese
This is how I did it. Cream cheese would of worked better if it was soft. Beat eggs and cream cheese. I could of added some vanilla. Make a flour out of oats and hemp hearts. Stir flour into egg mix. I pot 1T coconut oil on griddle and fried like any other pancake.
