Ingredients
2 cup Fresh Made Organic Kefir - Plain 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 450 grams Ricotta Cheese, whole milk 3 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas 50 grams Rye flour, light 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Polenta - Corn Grits 17 Grams Kale 1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1.25 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
Directions
Chop vegetables and boil three minutes. Rinse and chop finely . Add all ingredients and mix well. Bake 1 hour on 450 F .
