Fast and easy Scones

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups biscuit mix1/4 cup sugar2 tbsp melted butter1 egg, beatenmilk, added to the egg to make 1/2 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Put biscuit mix in bowl with sugar. Blend in melted butter. Add egg and milk. Knead lightly and roll out 1/2-inch thick. cut into circles or triangles and back until golden brown.

Makes 12-24 depending on how small you cut them.
