Chicken Mushroom Veggie Pasta

Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless (Chopped up in bite sized pieces)2 Tbsp EVOO2 Cloves Garlic, chopped2 Cups Broccoli Flourettes2 Cups chopped Mushrooms1 Red Pepper1 Cup Sugar Snap Peas1/2 Cup Chicken Stock1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup2 Cups Rotini Pasta
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

Cook Chicken in EVOO & chopped garlic.
Add veggies & 1/4 C stock and cook through.
Add rest of stock & soup and simmer.
Season with Salt & Pepper, if necessary.
Add cooked pasta and mix together.
