Arwen's Gurken Salat

Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream1.5 cup English cucumber0.5 cup, sliced Onions, raw2.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar0.5 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water1.0 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia
Directions
Slice cucumber extremely thin with a slice. Slice onion. Combine the the 2 ingredients. Boil water with vinegar and Stevia. Pour over veggies and let them marinate for at least 2 hours. Then drain off marinade and add sour cream. Add dill weed if desired.
