1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast 8 tbsp barbecue sauce4 medium sweet potatoes4 tbsp spreadable butter with canola oil4 tbsp brown sugar cinnamon, as desired
Cook chicken in instant pot for 10 minutes. Brush chicken breasts with barbecue sauce and broil in oven until sauce begins to brown.
Prick sweet potatoes with fork and cook in microwave until tender. Serve each potato with 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
