Creamy parmesan chicken with riced cauliflower *low carb*

1 Birds eye riced cauliflower (10 oz Steamfresh bag) 1 Campbell's sauce Creamy Parmesan Chicken (11 oz pouch) 2 cans Kroger Premium chicken breast chunk in water (10 oz can)
- Heat the riced cauliflower per the package's instructions.
- Drain two cans of chicken.
- Empty cans into a medium saucepan and break up chunks. Heat through.
- Once the chicken is hot, add the contents of the sauce bag. Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes - this will not take long.
- Once the cauliflower is finished, open the bag and drain the water. Add the cauliflower to the sauce and chicken in the pan and mix well.
- Divide into four lunch containers and enjoy lunch for most of the week!
