Jen Black Bean mix

Ingredients
1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 small Onions, raw 1 tsp Garlic 538 grams Beans, black 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1/4 cup shredded Cabbage
Directions
Heat oil, sauté onion, garlic. Stir in chilli powder, salt, pepper. Add beans, water. Cover, reduce heat to simmer. Cook 5 minutes until water is absorbed. Mash beans if you wish. Serve over tortillas, garnish with shredded cabbage or lettuce. Add avocado, cheese, sour cream if you wish.
