Heidi B.’s Vegan Seitan & Bean Tacos

Ingredients
.75 cup Beans, black 2 serving Upton's Naturals Chorizo-Style Seitan (2 oz) (by DTESSMAN) 1 cup, chopped Kale 2 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp) 1 serving spring onions-1 medium (15g) 3 serving 365 Organic Flour and Corn Tortilla
Directions
Sauté kale and onion in 1 tbsp evoo until soft and onions are a little brown.Add Seitan and cook, stirring occasionally, for a minute or so. Add drained black beans, stir to combine, and heat.

Meanwhile heat tortillas in tsp each evoo. Cook on both sides until warm and a little crispy. Divide taco filling and enjoy.
