3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 oz Cream Cheese 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Granular (by KINSPAPPY) 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 4 tbsp Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted) 4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Add egg, warmed cream cheese, vanilla and heavy cream. Use mixer for 2 mins on high.
Combine coconut flour, swerve, baking powder and cinnamon.
Then add wet and dry ingredients with fork.
Heat pan and spray non stick oil or butter.
Cook on med until bubbles, flip and cook another 2 mins.
Serve with your fave syrup. Mine is Walden farms.
Serving Size: makes 8 small 3' pancakes
