Ingredients
2 serving (2 Tbsp) Lemon Poppyseed Dressing by Sarah 1 cup grated Kohlrabi 1 cup grated Carrots1 apple, 1 cup chopped1 stalk of Celery, chopped1 Green Onion, thin sliced
Directions
Peel and grate kohlrabi (I had 3 little ones).
Peel and grate carrots (about 1 med).
Core and chop 1 apple.
Chop celery and thinly slice green onion.
Combine the veggies and stir in dressing, or your favorite slaw dressing. This dressing recipe accounts for about 34 calories per serving.
