Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients
4 cups diced cantaloupe1 cup yogurt2 tsp. grated ginger root
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender; blend well. Chill for at least an hour -- the longer you chill the soup the thicker & creamier it gets.
