Pistachio Chicken Salad

1 cup Yogurt, Greek gods traditional plain Greek yogurt 12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 0.33 cup Dried Cherries 1 oz (47 kernels) Pistachio Nuts 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise
Shred the chicken breast meat, chop the dried cherries and pistachios. Add whatever seasoning you like to the yogurt and mayonnaise (I use garlic, pepper, red pepper flakes and a little oregano). Mix the yogurt/mayo mixture with the other ingredients. Let this sit a couple hours to allow the flavors of the spices to marry.
