Szechuan Noodles

Ingredients
8 oz Pasta, Linguini, Enriched, cooked, Barilla 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 2 tbsp Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce .5 lime yields Lime Juice 2 tsp Soy Sauce .125 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Mix peanut butter, szechuan sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, and hot water. Cut carrots and green onions into match stcks. Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine all ingredients and serve immediately or chill to eat cold. I often add thin strips of red peppers.
