Ingredients
12.0 serving Great Value large eggs12.0 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream5.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers4.0 tbsp Basil
Directions
Brown crumbled sausage. Whisk eggs. Mix in everything but tomatoes. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole pan, top with tomatoes. Bake at 350� for 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set
