1 cup coconut sugar, Madhava" Organic (1 t)One 1.4 packet Coconut Beach coconut chips1.0 cup Flour, white1 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1.0 large Egg white, fres1 stick Blue Bonnet Margarine1.0 tsp coconut extract1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Baking Soda
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Next, cream together margarine with the coconut sugar. Once that is light and fluffy, add the egg, extracts, salt and baking soda and stir until well combined. Stir in the flour and oatmeal until mixture has completely combined. Using a small one ounce scooper, place balls of dough on a parchment lined baking sheet approximately two inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and delicious.
