Ingredients
0.5 cup Spinach, frozen .75 serving Kale, Trader Joe's frozen (about 2/3 cup) 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 7 berry Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp) 3 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
Directions
blend on high as long as you need for the consistency you want. I thaw everything ahead of time. Add more or less almond (or your flavor) milk for consistency
