One Pot Creamy Pasta and Broccoli

2 cups Water2 Garlic cloves, cooked2 cups Whole Grain Penne2 tbsp Flour2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast1 tsp Paprika Salt & Pepper
1. Bring water to boil in a large saucepan.
2. Peel and mince garlic.
3. Once the water is boiling, add pasta. (Keep the water in the pot once the pasta is cooked!)
4. In a bowl, mix flour with equal parts pasta water and stir in apple cider vinegar, garlic and mustard. Mix, add to pasta with water and stir. Continue cooking about 7 minutes.
5. Add broccoli and cook until broccoli is heated through and pasta is cooked.
6. Turn off heat. Mix in rest of ingredients.
Can add chili pepper flakes and/or pickled or fresh jalapenos, etc. (Not calculated)
