Roasted Red Onion Green Beans

Ingredients
3 cups fresh Green Beans5 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced Salt to tasteFresh ground black pepper to taste1/4 of a red onion, thinly sliced2 tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Toss the green beans, onion slivers, garlic and olive oil together. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes—beans will be slightly charred but still soft.
