MrsPolly's Hunan Tofu

Ingredients
6 oz Tofu, fried 2 cup Snow Peas, fresh 2 cup Brocolli raw 1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 6 medium Mushrooms, fresh 2 tbsp Miso - Hikari Organic Miso Red Type (by GRACEDEVICE) 2 tbsp Fish Sauce .25 cup Peanut Oil 5 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 2 tsp Garlic 1 tsp Ginger Root 3 tbsp Hot pepper flakes (by NICA717)
Directions
Heat Oil in Cast Iron Wok. Cook veggies in batches removing from pan. Add Tofu last. Add everything back.

Sauce- Mix it all up with some water till it's thickness that you like.

Toss with stir fried veggies and tofu.
