Peanut Butter Soy Nut Cookie bars

Ingredients
8 serving Flour - Gold Medal - Self-Rising - 1/4-Cup (by ***DEBRA***) 2 tsp Baking Powder 3 serving Hain, PureSnax Carb Fit Salted Soy Nuts, 1/3 cup (30g) 8 tbsp Blue Bonnet Margarine 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 serving Jif Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 8 tbsp Peanut Butter Chips, Hershey's/Reese's
Directions
In large bowl add 2 Cups Self Rising Flour,2 teaspoons Baking Powder,1 Cup Salted Soy Nuts mix well to combine & set aside.In Medium pot on high heat add 1 Cup Brown Sugar,1 large Egg,1 stick Unsalted Butter.Keep whisking til melted & combined lower heat add 1 Cup Peanut Butter I used Creamy but you can use Crunchy.Cook til very well melted add 1 teaspoon Vanilla then add this to the dry ingredients & mix til very well combined.Now add 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Morsels.If you want to see the morsels wait for the cookie dough to cool a little before adding.Place in Medium rectangle dish pan 11 x 7 x 2 inch that's been lined with Non Stick Tin foil.If you don't have non stick then use regular & butter spray.Bake 325 for 30 minutes or so til done.Cut into bars & serve with ice cream or eat by itself.You should get 12 bars.
