Barb's Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans (drained)1/2 small English cucumber, diced3 small stalks of celery, diced5-6 baby carrots, diced1 T pickle relish1 T Light Done Right Ranch Dressing1 cup shredded lettuce1 T shredded cheese1 T sliced olives
Directions
Mix garbanzo beans, cucumber, celery, baby carrots & pickle relish. Toss with ranch dressing. Put a cup of shredded lettuce on your plate & put a tablespoon of shredded cheese on top of the lettuce. Put a cup of the garbanzo bean salad on the lettuce. Top with the tablespoon of sliced olives. Delicious!
