Kale and Basil Pesto vegan

Ingredients
3 cup chopped Kale 2 cups loosely packed fresh Basil leaves2 cloves Garlic 1/4 cup Olive Oil 1/4 cup Lemon Juice (about 1/2 lemon)1/4 c Pine Nuts
Directions
Toast pine nuts in a pan for a couple of minutes. Cool on a plate.
Clean, dry and coarsely chop greens.
Add half of ingredients to food processor and pulse a few seconds, till there is room to add the rest. Add salt and pepper to taste and continue to pulse until very well blended.

Serving Size: Makes about 1 cup, or 16 Tbsp
