#11 cup Beans, black 3/4 cup, pitted, chopped Dates 3 tsp Sunflower Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract #21/8 tsp Salt 3 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/3 cup carob powderICING:3/4 cup, pitted, chopped Dates 1/2 cup Boiling Hot Water2 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 Tb carob powder1 dash Salt 2 Tb Cornstarch
Put List #1 in the Vitamix and blend until smooth
Mix together List #2 in small mixing bowl
Add List #1 to List #2.
Stir until mixed (do not over-mix)
Pour into 8x8" pan
Bake 350' 40-50min
Mix ICING ingredients in VitaMix until smooth.
Permit brownies to cool before ICING.
Serving Size: 1/9 of pan
Mix together List #2 in small mixing bowl
Add List #1 to List #2.
Stir until mixed (do not over-mix)
Pour into 8x8" pan
Bake 350' 40-50min
