Avocado Oil Mayo Homemade

Ingredients
2 tsp White Wine Vinegar2 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Dijon Mustard 1/2 tsp Salt 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw ( can be cold ) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 13 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil for a total of 1 cup oil
Directions
Add ingredients in order from top in a jar. Use a immersion blender on low for 5 seconds until it starts to thicken. Then slowly move up.
Refrigerate for 2 week.
