4.5 cup Dole Classic Romaine Salad Blend3.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)6.0 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach3.5 serving Great Value Chick Peas Canned3.0 serving Morning Star Chik'n Strips8.0 tbsp Organicville Non Dairy Ranch
Directions
Place frozen chik'n strips in skillet with 2 tbsp water and cook for 8 minutes. Let chik'n cool. Open one 15.5 oz can of chick peas and rinse well. Combine chik'n and chick peas with rest of ingredients and serve. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
