Keto Dark Chocolate Bars - Plain, Orange or Mint

Ingredients
.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .5 cup Coconut Oil 40 grams Swerve Powdered Sugar Substitute (4g = 1 tsp) (by DILBERTA) .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.5 tsp Orange Extract (by SCIGALMARY) 0.12 tsp salt, table (by CDOWNEY1)
Directions
Melt1/2 c. coconut oil in double boiler or microwave. Add 1/2 c. cocoa powder and stir, add 1/4 (40 g.) - 1/3 c/ powdered Swerve (do to your taste) if adding much more, add a little more coc oil. add a light pinch of salt. Very little or no salt is needed for the mint. Go light on it. Stir until completely dissolved. Add a tsp of vanilla or whatever extract combination you want. Our favorite is 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 orange. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour mixture into molds. and place in refrigerator. Once hard, remove from molds and store in refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes 10 mini chocolate bars. About 8 oz (1 c.) Melted chocolate.
