Monk Fruit Cherry Pie Filling

4.0 cup, with pits, yields Sweet Cherries3.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice32.0 Grams Corn Starch40-50 drops of Now Real Foods Monk Fruit Liquid Sweetner 2 oz 1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 tsp Ginger, ground0.25 tsp Cloves, ground
Mix all ingredients together then heat to medium to low heat until it thickens. Be sure to stir very often to make sure it doesn't burn. Let it cool and place in fridge. Last 2-3 days in fridge or you can freeze it.
