24.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin0.5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Milk, 3.25%6.0 tsp Cheese (Grated) - Parmesan Cheese - Kraft 100% 1.0 tsp Salt0.25 tsp Pepper, black1.0 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)1.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste2.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme0.5 tsp Oregano, ground0.5 tsp Basil
Mix tomato paste, basil, beef broth, 1/2 tsp of salt and oregano in a bowl and set to the side. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and form meatballs [roughly 2" balls]. Place meatballs in crockpot and pour sauce overtop. Cook covered on low for 4.5 to 5 hours
