4.0 oz Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup1.5 tbsp Olive Oil0.5 tbsp Butter, unsalted0.12 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated0.12 tsp Salt0.12 dash Pepper, black0.12 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)0.12 tsp Onion powder0.12 tsp Garlic powder0.5 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
cut chicken into nugget size pieces. mix all spices and cheese in quart sized zip lock bag. beat egg in a bowl. place chicken in egg then into bag and shake well. heat butter and oil in non-stick skillet. place into pan and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.
