EASY KETO CHEESECAKE (Ice Box Cream Cheese PIE)

Ingredients
0.5 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour .5 cup Butter, salted 2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 3/4 cup Sucralose (like Splenda) 4 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 6 oz Cream Cheese 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Directions
CRUST:
1. Melt 1/2 cup of butter then add 1/2 cup of almond flour.
2. Pour liquid mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.
3. Bake in the oven at 325 degrees until starting to brown (about half an hour)
4. Once removed from the oven, scrape the flour mixture until crumbly. Then, press the crumbs firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.

FILLING:
1. Pour 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and 3/4 cup of Splenda into a medium saucepan.
2. On medium-low heat, whisk well periodically until liquid has reduced by half (about half an hour).
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add 4 Tbsp of butter and 1 Tbsp of Vanilla extract and stir well.
5. In a large mixing bowl, mix sweetened milk mixture with 6 oz of cream cheese until blended.
6. Add 1 Tbsp vanilla and 2 tsp of lemon juice.
7. Pour mixture over pie crust.
8. Refrigerate until firm (about 3 hours).
