Root Vegetable curry

Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, chopped3 medium Carrots, peeled and Cut into coins2 sweetpotato, peeled and cubed400 grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) , drained300 grams Green Beans (snap), cut into 1 inch pieces1 tbsp Coconut Oil .25 cup (8 fl oz) Curry Sauce .5 cup Water, tap 1 can Coconut Milk,
Directions
Heat the coconut oil. Saute the onions until soft. Add the remaining vegetables plus the liquids and the curry sauce. Bring up to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer until the vegetables are cooked, about 20 minutes.

Serve with rice or naan bread.
