Keto Strawberry Shortcake Fat Bombs

Ingredients
8 tbsp Cheese - Cream Cheese Philadelphia 2 tbsp Kerrygold (Pure Irish Butter) 2 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Granular (by KINSPAPPY) 0.5 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
combine cream cheese and butter (room Temp) in a bowl
Mash the strawberries in a separate bowl with a fork or your hand
Combine butter, cream cheese, Swerve & Heavy cream until combined
Add mashed strawberries and mix by hand
Spoon mixture into mini cupcake pan & freeze 2 - 3 hours
*can also use a cookie scoop & wax paper if no candy mold
