Ingredients
2 cup, sliced Zucchini 36 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] 0.5 cup Olive Oil 3 serving Egg, Jumbo, Oakdell Farms grade A (1 egg = 63g) 10 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 cup, chopped Pecans
Directions
350 degrees for 60 mins.
make sure to drain/dry the zucchini well with paper towels.

Serving Size: 1/16'th of the loaf. NOTE: i found it easier to cut into 8ths and then in 1/2 for each piece
