Non-Stick Cooking Spray1 - 16 oz. Angel Food Cake Mix3/4 cup of Sugar Free Smuckers Strawberry Jam3 Tbsp mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Heat oven to 325 degree F. Beat together cake mix and jam at low speed until evenly moistened. Continue to beat 1 minute. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tbsp on prepared baking sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until tops are just lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on backing sheet. Place on cooling rack to cool completely. Store between pieces of wax paper to keep from sticking together. Makes 2.5 dozen. Serving size is 2 cookies.
