Cinnamon Roll Fruit and Nut Bar

0.5 cup shelled Walnuts 18 California Honey Potter Dates1/2 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, raw3 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 0.5 tbsp GV unrefined virgin coconut oil
Crush nuts in a food processor or blender, add the dates and oil. Add the cinnamon and extract. Show resemble a wet sand when it’s ready. Line a pan with parchment or wax paper. Press mixture into pan until about 1/4” thick. Refrigerate for about and hour or until firm. Once solid cut into bars and store for up to a month in the fridge.
