Chicken "Pasta" with Lemon Cream Sauce

3 serving Chicken Thigh - Bone In, With Skin 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 tbsp Lemon juice 3 tsp Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Butter, salted 0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.3 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 1 3.5 oz skinny pasta, fettuccine shape (by CHELEMIA17)
Brown chicken in saute pan and then bake in oven at 400 degrees until cooked through
In same pan, add onion, garlic, and mushroom
Once browned, add chicken stock and lemon juice, allowing to simmer
Drain and rinse pasta and add to pan
Add butter to pan and stir in thoroughly
Repeat with heavy cream
Add psyllium powder and stir thoroughly to tighten sauce
