Spray a 5 inch round pyrex dish with oil and set aside
mix dry ingredients together and mash out any lumps with a fork. Add coconut oil and continue to mix. Add egg and mix again. You should have a ball of sticky dough. Add enough water to make it pourable into the dish. This is to make the texture more fine and remove any lumps. Only a tiny bit of water is needed.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes until the top is firm and the sides start to pull away from the dish. Allow to cool for just a minute then remove from dish and cut in half to make a top and bottom bun. It cuts easier if you are willing to wait just a minute longer.
Either toast in toaster or oven or add half a pat of butter for each side,to pan toast.
This is the finest textured and softest Keto bun that I have tried so far and it is my own recipe.
